Borussia Dortmund will be on the road for their 27th league appearances of the season to take on Wolfsburg. Dortmund are 2nd on the league table – four points within league leaders, Bayern Munich. Meanwhile, Jodan Sancho who was unable to make a feature in Dortmund’s last match will likely be in the starting line-up this time around. He has 14 goals and 15 league assists.

They now have 10W, 9D and 7L and have earned 39 points from 26 Bundesliga appearances. So far, they have scored 36 goals this season. Head coach, Oliver Glasner will adopt the same 4-4-1-1 formation which saw him earn three points against Augsburg with Daniel Ginczek leading the attack. Meanwhile, Wout Weghorst who didn’t get to play last weekend due to a suspension might return to replace Ginczek. He has 11 goals and 3 assists.

The first leg of this fixture took place in November, 2019 and it ended 3-0 in Dortmund’s favor. Thorgan Hazard (52’), Raphael Guerreiro (58′) and Mario Goetze (88’) were all on the scores sheet. Before then, they met on the 30th of March 2019 and it ended 2-0 in Dortmund’s favor once again.
