After the 2-1 victory against Bournemouth, Liverpool will take on Atletico Madrid for the second leg of the UEFA Champions League round of 16. That victory over Bournemouth gave Liverpool their 3rd win in all competitions; WLWLLW. Now, Jurgen Klopp will look to reverse Atletico Madrid’s 1-0 victory over his side in the first leg in order to qualify for the next round of the tournament. He will play his familiar 4-3-3 formation with Mane, Salah and Firmino leading the attack. All three together have scored 6 goals for Liverpool so far in this season’s Champions League tournament.

Liverpool’s James Milner is looking forward to a special night as the Reds try to overturn the deficit result. “The crowd will be right with us, they were with us again today, and it’ll be a special night – it always is, so it’s down to us to turn around a tough result”.
